What Your Underwear Says About You

You like to think of yourself as innocent, even though you’re not!You are childlike (or childish), and prone to run around in your underwear.

Assuming some of those whom we invited to test their skills at making blog posts here are up for it, here is an exercise to give you something to blog about while you experiment with posting to this blog.
Your task, if you should decide to accept it Mr/Mrs Phelps, is to visit this site and choose a quiz, take it, and then use the HTML code the site generates to post the results back here. You get extra points if the code you post here displays correctly.
This is an invitation, not a demand. If you want to play, fine. If not, that’s fine too. It is only suggested to give you something to blog about and is entirely voluntary. Have fun.

If you find you need help while experimenting here on this blog, WordPress has two major resources that will prove useful. The first is called the Codex. It is a wiki and it is extensive, but it is written primarily about the downloadable version of the platform and may therefore not be as specific to WordPress.com as you might like. Still it is the most authoritative source of information. In particular, this “where to start” page offers some very helpful suggestions.
A second resource available to you is the Support Forums. Keep in mind that the help from the support forums is provided by a non-paid community of users, so they aren’t obligated to help you. Conduct yourself accordingly, and you’ll find them quite helpful.
There is a lot to learn about WordPress, but you don’t have to know everything before you can begin making posts.

We’ve created this Demo WordPress installation for our KnoxBloggers meeting to illustrate how to set up a blog on WordPress.com for the group. We’re inviting several potential bloggers to make test posts here to become familar with the mechanics of doing so and to prevent them from having to create a blog just to try things out. However, to be able to log in to test things out, our invitees will have to create a username on WordPress.com before they can experiment here.
So when you respond to the invitation you received just choose to get a username on WordPress.com for now. If you want to add a blog, you can do that later.
