The login screen for this blog, like it is for all WordPress.com blogs, is the name of the blog plus the additional link of /wp-admin. So it is located at http://knoxbloggers.wordpress.com/wp-admin. Alternately, you can locate the Meta panel in the sidebar at the right where you’ll find a login link.
